Forest Lake Shopping Centre Management is located on the first floor of the Professional Suites and provides a range of services and advice to help make your shopping day as enjoyable as possible.

The Centre Management office is open from 8.30am to 5.00pm weekdays.

The Forest Lake Rewards App makes shopping at Forest Lake Shopping Centre even more rewarding! You can now earn points for making purchases at participating retailers, and just for having a birthday!

The site’s volunteers are supported by the Justices of the Peace Branch, The Department of Justice and Attorney-General and Forest Lake Shopping Centre.

• Tuesday: 12pm – 2pm
• Saturday: 9am – 11.30am

During your visit

To support the health and safety of both you and the volunteer, please:

1. Bring your own pen
2. Maintain the 1.5m distance
3. Use sanitiser before and after handling any documents
4. Wait within the waiting area until called

To access free WiFi in centre simply activate your WiFi and follow the prompts!

Operates from Forest Lake Shopping Centre every Tuesday from 9.30am to 4.00pm in the main car park opposite Best & Less.

Visit your new Mobile Library for First 5 Forever children’s story time at 11.00am every Tuesday. These interactive sessions include stories, songs and creative early literacy experiences for children aged 2-5 years.

If you have lost an item in the centre please contact Centre Management on 3278 8999. We register all lost and found items and will gladly check our register for you.

Forest Lake Shopping Centre provides special parking bays for the disabled, parents with prams, motorcycles, and those visiting the centre for 15 minutes or less.
