The Wellness Challenge with YMCA

Join our 4-week Wellness Challenge! Through our partnership with YMCA, Forest Lake Shopping Centre is running a special Wellness Challenge for our customers this autumn. This Challenge isn't about doing endless push-ups or competing to lose the most weight. Instead, it focuses on supporting you in reaching your personal wellbeing goals. 

What will you receive? 

• Body scan and in person 1:1 consult with a YMCA personal trainer to set your individual goals at Forest Lake Shopping Centre on Thursday 15 May 2025.  
• Access to online wellness content, workouts and motivation  
throughout the 4 weeks – all located in the one platform on our Technogym app. 
• Support from our YMCA personal trainers throughout the Challenge 
• Final body scan and in person consult with YMCA to wrap up the challenge at Forest Lake Shopping Centre on Thursday 12 June. 

Want to know the best part? Everyone who completes the Challenge will receive a $20 centre gift card at week 5 during their final body scan session! Also, once you complete the challenge, you’ll go in the running to win the major prize – a $500 centre gift card!

Unable to commit to our four-week challenge? You’re still welcome to join us on Thursday 15 May and Thursday 12 June from 9am - 4pm in the centre for a complimentary body scan valued at $50! The scan will give you a comprehensive insight into more than 40 measurements associated with your physical wellbeing.
