If you were unable to commit to our four-week challenge, You’re still welcome to join us on Thursday 12 June from 9am - 4pm in the centre for a complimentary body scan valued at $50! The scan will give you a comprehensive insight into more than 40 measurements associated with your physical wellbeing. 

Team members from YMCA will be at the Wellness Challenge to assist with reviewing your body scan results as well as be available for a friendly chat.
